Entonces esta oportunidad te interesaNuestro cliente, industria de la hospitalidad, está en búsqueda de una figura de "Hotel Operations Manager" para que se una al equipo y se responsabilice de la coordinación diaria de uno de los hoteles.
¿Cuál será tu responsabilidad?
- Gestión estratégica y operativa de los distintos departamentos que forman el hotel.
- Asistencia a clientes en caso necesario con tal de ofrecer un servicio de calidad.
- Responsable del día a día e identificar procesos de mejora ante la calidad del servicio.
- Liderar al equipo con tal de mantener la motivación e identificar necesidades.
- Reportar e ir de la mano del gerente.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora dentro del negocio.
¿Qué recibes a cambio?
