Misión: En dependencia del responsable de e-commerce dentro del área Marketing Digital de la compañía, garantizará el correcto funcionamiento de los sites desde un punto de vista operacional (stocks, promociones, alta de productos, análisis de ventas, forecast aprovisionamiento, tarifas, márgenes, descuentos, facturas...).
- Será el/la referente operacional de los sites bajo SAP Commerce/Hybris.
- Gestión de promociones, subida de banners, mensajes promocionales y planning de la actividad comercial en el site.
- Gestión de órdenes y arquitectura de los sites.
- Alta de productos y actualización de fichas técnicas.
- Controlar stocks/cuotas de productos y suministros.
- Realización de forecast de aprovisionamiento por SKU/categoría.
- Apoyo en la realización del presupuesto anual de venta.
- Control de tarifas, precios y márgenes.
- Reporting KPIs ecommerce
- Gestión y pago de facturas y actualización del presupuesto.
- Apoyo a SAC en las incidencias más complejas.
- Recomendar mejoras logísticas y seguimiento de los KPIs de entrega de pedidos.
Conocimientos:
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia relacionada con la posición, preferiblemente en un ecommerce B2C/D2C.
- Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería o carreras relacionadas. Se requiere perfil analítico, disciplinado y con gestión de prioridades.
- Deseable conocimientos en SAP Commerce/SAP
- Inglés avanzado (equivalente a C1 de Cambridge).
- Excel intermedio/avanzado.
