Discover the Purpose

As part of the Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) under the leadership of the SAP SE CEO and Global CFO, we are committed to upholding integrity and managing legal risks effectively. Our focus includes compliance with various anti-corruption laws such as FCPA and UK Bribery Act.

The Third Party Audit Team within OEC oversees audits and compliance checks for SAP's partners and suppliers, working closely with external auditors and internal compliance officers to ensure all processes are conducted smoothly.

Your Role

As a Compliance Auditor, you will lead additional audit work addressing corruption and bribery risks in the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing audit reports and conducting further analysis on corruption risks
  • Investigating red flags of fraud and corruption impartially
  • Collaborating with partner organizations to gather necessary information
  • Interviewing stakeholders to evaluate control environments
  • Identifying control weaknesses and recommending anti-fraud measures
  • Aligning company policies with audit findings

This position will report to the Manager, Partner Data & Follow Up, contributing to various global team projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Business or equivalent degree, or relevant work experience
  • Experience in anti-corruption/anti-bribery compliance preferred
  • Certifications such as CPA/CIA/CFE are a plus
  • Familiarity with IT systems and data retrieval
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools
  • Strong research and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with accounting principles is beneficial
