Desde onhunters
buscamos para nuestro cliente multinacional lider del sector de agua
a un técnico de campo, una persona cualificada que ejecute proyectos complejos, mantenga los equipos y sea capaz de delegar tareas más sencillas a los técnicos más nuevos.


Este es un puesto que requiere a alguien que sea bueno con la tecnología/mecánica, que pueda resolver problemas y que sea un jugador de equipo.

Este puesto permite el crecimiento de la carrera y desarrollará un conocimiento más amplio de las tecnologías actuales de la empresa.


Principales responsabilidades:

  • Completar las evaluaciones del sitio y operar el equipo en las tuberías presurizadas y despresurizadas.
  • Proporcionar el mantenimiento básico de las herramientas/equipos en todas las ubicaciones y sitios de proyectos
  • Apoyar el inventario regional, la manipulación de materiales y las necesidades de almacén según sea necesario.
  • Puede actuar como administrator del sitio para proyectos tecnológicos sencillos con supervisión
  • Puede coordinar la preparación y planificación de proyectos tecnológicos sencillos
  • Capacidad para formar a técnicos más jóvenes en el manejo y uso adecuados de los equipos según los procedimientos operativos estándar.
  • Proporciona información a los equipos técnicos y de seguridad sobre las preocupaciones y hace recomendaciones para mejorar.
  • Identifica oportunidades para influir y promover la colaboración entre equipos y proyectos
  • Se centra en la mejora continua buscando constantemente formas de mejorar y promover la calidad, la eficacia y la seguridad

Requisitos:

Calificaciones mínimas:

Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED con hasta 5 años de experiência previa en campo/taller/construcción.

IMprescindible ingles alto

  • Se valorará la
    educación postsecundaria; se prefiere la certificación en una disciplina de ingeniería; con 12 años de experiência laboral previa en un entorno de campo/taller/construcción:
  • Se valorará la
    experiência previa en una organización de servicios de agua/utilidad:
  • Capacidad demostrada para tomar decisiones basadas en análisis/hechos/observaciones y adherirse a los procedimientos/políticas de funcionamiento estándar.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar 1 semana al mes en Europa
  • Capacidad para leer y comprender planos de construcción y/o mapas y poder trasladar al campo
  • Se valorará el conocimiento de los sistemas de agua/water system
  • Demuestra una aptitud técnica/mecánica competente demostrada a través de la educación/experiência laboral
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras, fines de semana y días festivos si es necesario

Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida; debe tener un historial de conducción razonable

Calificaciones preferidas:

  • Capacidad para trabajar en espacios confinados; certificación de espacios confinados
  • Certificación de seguridad y RCP es un plus

Exigencias físicas:

  • Ser capaz de estar de pie durante un tiempo prolongado
  • Puede ser necesario agacharse, levantar, cargar y estirarse para realizar las tareas
  • Se requiere continuamente usar las manos y los dedos y alcanzar con los brazos
  • Frecuentemente se requiere levantar hasta 50 lbs.

  • El trabajo requiere la capacidad de trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas, de tráfico y ambientales.
  • Hasta un 50% de viajes.
