Your Impact

As a Partner Development Manager at Mitiga, you will collaborate with our commercial team to foster the growth of our business and drive the adoption and sales of our EarthScan platform. The Partnerships team, a sales unit responsible for the commercial partner business at Mitiga, plays a pivotal role in achieving our objectives.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong generalist skills and a proven background in commercial leadership or partner management. They are adaptable, capable of assuming any role, and contributing to various projects as needed.

Serving as a critical voice in refining and optimizing our go-to-market strategy, this role provides an opportunity for the candidate to accelerate their career growth. They will engage with complex partner organizations, cultivate robust relationships, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance performance and empower partners to deliver value to end customers.

Requirements

Who you are

You will manage your portfolio of partners in alignment with our commercial strategy and current go-to-market.

  • Partner Development and Growth: Develop and execute a business plan aligned with short and long-term goals and objectives for strategic partners, aligned with their needs and capabilities.
  • Partner Sales and Acceleration: Create a go-to-market plan and co-sell execution tactics, lead pipeline reviews, and coach partners to integrate our platform into their value proposition. Identify and address challenges faced by partners across multiple departments.
  • Collaboration Facilitation: Represent Mitiga and promote our platform to key partner stakeholders. Foster collaboration with our technical and product teams, facilitating the resolution of obstacles, product feedback, and the creation of proposals to meet revenue targets.
  • Partner Performance and Impact: Take responsibility for commercial performance, maintaining regular communication with executive, sales, and delivery teams to identify and resolve execution blockers and accelerate performance.
  • Executive Relationship Building: Establish a trusted-advisor relationship with leaders of complex organisations. Align their priorities, strategies, and goals to develop mutually beneficial account plans, achieving strategic alignment and fostering growth.

Requirements

You will be a highly focused and persuasive collaborator, bringing partners onto our platform by showcasing how our pioneering platform can assist their customers in making informed decisions amidst the new climate reality.

  • 5+ years in a risk-based tech/SaaS business environment, specializing in BD/Sales/Account Management/Partner Management
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS platform or product sales.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Well-versed in regulation and enterprise risk management, with some understanding of climate risk. Exceptional candidates demonstrating the ability to quickly grasp climate concepts will also be considered.
