Una comprensión profunda del mercado, la industria y la competencia.

Realizarás investigaciones de mercado y análisis de la competencia para identificar oportunidades y amenazas, así como el grado de competitividad en el mercado.


Dado lo anterior, serás responsable de identificar oportunidades de mercado y contribuir a la ejecución del plan estratégico de producto para lograr el crecimiento y la rentabilidad, desde que compramos hasta que lanzamos.


Formaras parte del equipo de desarrollo de producto y colaborarán estrechamente con otras áreas, como marketing, ventas, diseño y compras.

Hábil y conocedor en el uso de OKRs.


Tomarás decisiones críticas sobre el desarrollo del producto, como qué características incluir, cuándo lanzar un producto, cuál es el enfoque de marketing y cómo priorizar tareas, recursos y mejora continua.

Ser capaz de abordar retos complejos y convertirlos en soluciones estructuradas, que sean viables tanto para la compañía como para nuestros clientes


Usando metodologías 'lean' construirás el roadmap de producto, estando muy cerca de donde se produce la magia en la industria y estarás rodeado de un ecosistema de Partners que amplifican nuestra propuesta de valor y muestra nuestra visión a largo plazo.

Esto implica la planificación de versiones futuras, revisiones, lanzamientos, reposiciones etc...


Utilizarás los datos y métricas para evaluar el rendimiento del producto, identificar áreas de mejora y tomar decisiones basadas en evidencia.

Esto implica la monitorización de KPIs (Indicadores Clave de Desempeño).

_ Requisitos_

  • 2 años de experiência mínima como Product Manager en la industria de Gaming (Accesorios, hardware).


Disponer de un historial probado en el diseño y gestión de productos, incluyendo la función de compras (Gaming, informática, electrónica de consumo).

Demostrable experiência y/o conocimiento técnico específico para el desarrollo y análisis de accesorios gaming y hardware de PC.

Gran capacidad de análisis para el manejo e interpretación de datos ante la toma de decisiones.

Pasión por la tecnología, siendo creativo y innovador alineado con la constante evolución.

Necesarios conocimientos avanzados en Excel, Word, y Powerpoint así como ofimática en general, demostrable.

Nível de Inglés equivalente (B2).

La disponibilidad para viajar no será superior al 15/20% del total.
