Responsibilities:

  • Sales Presentation and

Needs Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive product/service presentations during client meetings, analyzing client needs to propose tailored solutions. - Negotiation and

Sales Closure:
Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales, managing budgetary aspects and administrative tasks related to finalizing deals. - Relationship Management and Upselling:
Work with customers to ensure the success of key accounts while identifying upselling opportunities to offer additional products/services. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure current clients upselling. - Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, especially Partnerships and Marketing, to organize events, align strategies, and effectively drive lead generation initiatives.

Provide support and guidance to the sales team, especially junior profiles, aiding in their ongoing learning processes, equipping them with the necessary knowhow and insights to enhance their ability to close deals effectively.


Competencies needed:
3+ years of experience in Sales positions. At least 2 years of experience in the Mobile Advertising industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive the sales process from 'plan' to 'close'. Goal-driven mindset.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently but also to collaborate and participate as team player too.

Fluent in Spanish and English is a must.
