- ENGINEERING MANAGER (F/M/D)
Responsibilities: - Coordination of engineering team with other KLI departments, specially QHSE, Maintenance, Production and Logistics
- Collaboration in the contracting and execution of investments in machinery, installations, equipment and civil works
- Main contact and support for QHSE audits related to engineering area
- Coordination and collaboration with global and EPN functions for engineering topics
- Benchmark and sharing of best practices within EPN and Global Networks. Support to EPN Coordinator
- Coordination, regular communication, support and empowerment of engineering team, including HR cycles: Appraissal, Talent Review, etc.
- Coordination of plant engineering with the head office in Munich
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Languages: Spanish (advanced), English (basic) and German (valuable)
- Experience in Team Managment
- Knowledge of quality, environmental and safety management systems
- Industrial Security: ATEX flammable products, High pressure devices, Gas, electricity (low and high voltage), Boilers
- Very good communication and leadership skills
