POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to convert potential owners into purchasers and reload Owners, contributing to the organization's success.
  • Build relationships with potential owners through referrals and leads.
  • Personalize the sales experience to meet the unique needs of each potential owner.
  • Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork and legal documents in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain customer relationships post-sale to drive owner satisfaction and explore future business opportunities.

Customers, S&M associates, department heads and other MVW associates



OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide accurate information to guests and demonstrate product knowledge effectively.
  • Deliver sales presentations to potential owners from marketing programs and self-generated leads.
  • Exceed minimum performance standards set by Sales management.
  • Ensure timely payment schedules and secure referrals from new and existing owners.
  • Follow up on sales leads and adapt strategies for improved results.
  • Review performance with Sales Management and make adjustments to enhance sales outcomes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Learn and execute the endorsed sales process.
  • Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Assist owners with bookings and queries.
  • Participate in self-development programs.
  • Collaborate with other Associates positively.
  • Exceed established sales targets.
  • Stay updated on company and industry information.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be fluent in English, German, and Spanish.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.Good organizational skills.


PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
