Misión:
Implantar en el territorio asignado las estrategias de producto definidas para los fármacos de pulmón y hematología, bajo su responsabilidad, integrándolas en los planes de cliente y producto, respondiendo a las necesidades del cliente y del mercado, y asegurando la consecución de los objetivos de ventas de los productos
Principales áreas de responsabilidad:
Planificación
- Identificar y analizar los clientes correspondientes al portfolio de productos y área geográfica asignada, entendiendo la relación entre las distintas especialidades involucradas en el diagnóstico y prescripción de los fármacos bajo su responsabilidad
- Desarrollar el conocimiento de clientes relacionados con el producto. Identificar comportamientos y necesidades de cada segmento de cliente y establecer diferentes planes de acción para cada uno de ellos
- Identificar las oportunidades y las amenazas del mercado
- Desarrollar programas de ventas para cada segmento de clientes que incluya objetivos, acciones, recursos e indicadores de éxito
- Desarrollar relaciones de éxito y a largo plazo con los clientes clave de Pulmón y Hematología con el fin de intercambiar información y conocimiento y facilitar el acceso de los pacientes a los medicamentos de Pfizer
- Gestionar e implementar adecuadamente los planes y programas de clientes
- Liderar y apoyar las acciones con clientes trabajando juntamente con los miembros de la Unidad de Oncología y otras áreas de la compañía
- Análisis y conocimiento de los clientes clave de Pulmón y Hematología en su territorio
- Segmentación y priorización de las cuentas y clientes
- Definición de propuestas de valor por segmentos de clientes
- Identificación y creación de "best practices"
- Compartir el conocimiento sobre clientes con otras funciones de Pfizer
- Utilizar los sistemas para tener actualizadas las bases de datos de clientes y reportar las interacciones con los clientes
- Realizar un seguimiento de los programas destinados a los clientes del territorio que gestiona asegurando su éxito
- Efectuar el control de las inversiones realizadas en el territorio que gestiona y del retorno financiero de dichas inversiones
- Demostrar una constante actitud de cooperación y colaboración con los miembros de la Unidad de Oncología y otras áreas de la compañía
- Adquirir y demostrar un conocimiento adecuado de los departamentos internos, contactos claves, de la cultura, estructura organizativa y negocio de Pfizer
- Establecer un plan individual de desarrollo junto con su manager, y asegurar su cumplimiento evaluando los logros conseguidos a finales de año

Requisitos:
- Titulación Universitaria en Ciencias, Ciencias de la Salud o Administración de Empresas,
- MBA valorable

- Valorable experiência previa en puesto comercial en el sector sanitario, farmacéutico o similar
- Habilidades de técnicas de cliente y producto (identificación de necesidades, segmentación,)
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nível nacional
