Descripción del puesto:
Dependiendo de la Dirección de Marketing, la persona seleccionada liderará el canal de venta digital, diseñando su estrategia de negocio y de comunicación con el objetivo de aumentar las ventas online.
Funciones principales:
- Implementar la estrategia de comunicación general en el canal de venta digital.
- Organizar y optimizar el funcionamiento del ecommerce, aumentando el tráfico, la tasa de conversión, la recurrencia y el ticket medio.
- Coordinar la operativa del equipo interno y externo vinculado a la gestión del ecommerce.
- Hacer seguimiento de la estrategia SEO y control de las variaciones dentro del posicionamiento orgánico de la tienda.
- Hacer seguimiento y control de la estrategia de adquisición de tráfico: SEM, social ads, marketing de afiliación, programática etc.
- Realizar el análisis de UX, grabación de sesiones y definición de acciones CRO a implementar por desarrollo.
- Definir la estrategia de fidelización para mejorar la recurrencia y el ticket medio de compra.
- Hacer seguimiento de la actualización y posicionamiento del catálogo: fichas de producto, categorías, promociones, etc.
- Controlar de manera analítica los principales KPIs definidos dentro de la estrategia de negocio general.
- Elaborar reporting periódico con análisis crítico y propuestas de mejora.
- Buscar la mejora constante en el performance del negocio digital de la marca.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura o Grado universitario relacionado con marketing y comunicación
- Máster o programa superior en marketing digital o en gestión de negocios online / ecommerce.
- Al menos 4 años de experiência liderando ecommerce multimarca y con níveles de facturación altos.
- Persona proactiva, analítica, con visión estratégica, orientada a negocio y organizada.
