En LHH nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Project Manager con experiência mínima de 3 años en el sector de ingeniería de monitorización de fibra óptica para formar parte del área técnica de importante ingeniería y tecnología con producto propio especializados en el suministro, despliegue y puesta en marcha de soluciones de monitorización basados en fibra óptico/a ubicada en Multiva (Navarra).


Tus funciones y responsabilidades serán las siguientes:

  • Planificación, revisión y validación de proyectos.
  • Planificación y control de progreso en el ciclo de vida completo del proyecto. Establecimiento de prioridades. Control de plazos
  • Identificar riesgos de los proyectos, evaluarlos y mitigarlos cuando no sea posible prevenirlos.
  • Gestión activa del proyecto mediante reuniones periódicas con cliente
  • Control económico de los proyectos durante su ejecución atendiendo al presupuesto establecido
  • Relaciones comerciales con proveedores/as y clientes
  • Resolución de incidencias.
  • Gestión de subcontratas y proveedores/as en caso necesario.
  • Supervisar la edición y participar activamente en la documentación técnica del proyecto.
  • Alcanzar los estándares de calidad requeridos.
  • Gestionar el capital humano y motivar a los equipos para alcanzar una mayor productividad.
  • Gestión de KPIs de su área de responsabilidad.
  • Titulado/a medio o superior en Ingeniería, preferiblemente Industrial o Telecomunicaciones.
  • Gran capacidad de planificación y organización.
  • Capacidad de gestión de equipos de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para mediación y resolución de conflictos.
  • Habilidad para el estudio del entorno, encontrando las mejores oportunidades e identificando riesgos potenciales.
  • Capacidad de gestión de los recursos disponibles y de los costes generados en los proyectos.
  • Capacidad analítica orientada a resultados.
  • Conocimiento de software de planificación de proyectos.
  • Capacidad para establecer plazos en los trabajos y coordinar equipos que los cumplan.
  • Perfil comercial y don de gentes
  • Nível B2 de inglés
  • Experiência en puestos similares (3 años)
