Objetivo del puesto Aumentar las ventas, expandir la cuota de mercado y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente mediante la implementación de estrategias comerciales efectivas y el liderazgo de un equipo de ventas competente.
Responsabilidades Desarrollar el negocio, manteniendo a los clientes existentes, y abriendo clientes nuevos en los países marcados como prioritariosLiderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas de alto rendimiento, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos de ventas individuales y colectivos.
Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y productivo dentro del equipo. Establecer metas de ventas claras y alcanzables para el equipo. Monitorear el rendimiento del equipo y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario para alcanzar las metas establecidas.Implementar estrategias destinadas a mejorar tanto las operaciones de ventas , a través de la formación continua y la definición de indicadores claros de éxito.
Tomar todas las acciones necesarias en cada país para conseguir los objetivos fijados por la Dirección.Crear planes de ventas anuales que se ajusten tanto a las metas de la compañía como a las variaciones del mercado, adaptándonos cuando sea necesario Reporting mensual a la Dirección explicando la situación de ventas/márgenes, oportunidades de crecimiento e inputs de mercado.
Mantener una comunicación fluida y regular con los clientes existentes para fortalecer la relación y estar atento a sus expectativas.
Hacer el seguimiento de los pedidos con la persona responsable del servicio al cliente y hablar internamente con los departamentos competentes para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Estar atento a cada mercado y sus necesidades y trasladarlas a la Dirección para responder en beneficio de las ventas.
Gestión y desarrollo de los distribuidores. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con ideas innovadoras para los mercados. Desarrollar , Controlar y gestionar el presupuesto de Marketing y Trade para los mercados en cuestión. Participación en ferias. Formación clientes o equipos de venta.Formación Requerida:
Formación profesional en Administración o Comercial y Marketing, o Grado en ADE.
Ingles C1 valorable Frances
Nivel avanzado de Office, Redes sociales, Herramientas CRM.
Experiencia de 4 a 5 años dirigiendo equipos comerciales en entornos competitivos y dinámicos.
