Funciones principales

  • Identificación de

necesidades e intereses de los participantes a través de sesiones individuales.

Prestar

apoyo emocional y psicológico para promover la motivación y confianza del joven para continuar con sus estudios.

  • Diseñar

itinerarios personalizados de atención adaptados a cada joven para guiarles en la consecución de sus objetivos.

  • Asesoramiento y derivación a recursos formativos adecuados a su perfil e intereses.
  • Organización de grupos de trabajo e impartición de seminarios y acciones grupales de formación en competencias personales: comunicación, autoconocimiento, tolerancia a la frustración, autocontrol emocional, motivación, responsabilidad, trabajo en equipo, iniciativa, y todas las acciones formativas que promuevan su activación y autoconfianza para retomar los estudios.
Impartir formación en competencias digitales básicas.

  • Interlocución y coordinación con entidades educativas locales y organismos públicos para poner a disposición del colectivo los recursos de la zona.
  • Mantener la información actualizada en la herramienta de gestión interna de la Compañía.
  • Realización de informes de seguimiento.
Garantizar la calidad en el servicio de orientación.

Requisitos
Formación en Psicología, Pedagogía, Trabajo Social, Educación Social o formación afín.

  • Valorable conocimiento de herramientas de coaching y dinamización de equipos.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de redes sociales.
  • Experiência de 2 a 5 años en Orientación Educativa y/o Laboral con jóvenes y adolescentes.
  • Conocimiento de la zona y sus recursos, así como del mercado laboral local.
  • Imprescindible permiso de conducir y vehículo propio.
Persona proactiva y dinámica, con capacidad de comunicación y motivación.
