**Mission**

Au sein de notre filiale espagnole, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Activation de la marque (Espagne et Portugal). Vous serez en charge de définir, mettre en oeuvre et coordonner le plan d'activation et le budget marketing de la marque en Espagne et au Portugal, conformément à la stratégie internationale de la marque. Par ailleurs, il/elle sera en charge du management d'une équipe dans la mise en oeuvre du plan d'activation et l'animation des relations et des actions d'activation avec les réseaux de terrain (joueurs, entraîneurs, clubs, tournois).

Ainsi, vous contribuez à promouvoir la visibilité de la marque sur le terrain, dans les lieux de pratique, mais également au niveau digital par la création de contenu local et l'activation de l'ensemble de l'écosystème numérique national.

**Activités**

Plus précisément, les missions principales sont les suivantes:
PLAN D'ACTIVATION ET BUDGET
- Construire le plan d'activation annuel et le budget marketing, en suivant la stratégie globale et en s'adaptant aux spécificités locales.
- Activer tous les leviers pertinents pour le marché (digital, grassroots, médias, etc.).
- Mettre en oeuvre et suivre les activations tout au long de l'année, avec l'équipe.
- Analyser les activations réalisées, en partageant les rapports avec le siège de l'activation de la marque.
- Suivre le budget, en global et avec chaque promoteur / représentant des ventes, et veiller à respecter le budget annuel alloué.

ACTIVATIONS DIGITALES / MÉDIAS
- Promotion de la marque sur tous les leviers digitaux pertinents du marché.
- Création et animation des contenus digitaux locaux, en collaboration avec une agence.
- Collaboration avec les community managers pour relayer les contenus locaux, les contenus ambassadeurs/ joueurs, et l'activation des influenceurs.
- Activation du réseau B2B local : partage de la boîte à outils digitale avec les webdealers, création d'activations spécifiques avec eux.
- Développement des relations avec les médias en collaboration avec l'agence.

RETAILERS
- Planifier et fournir les outils de merchandising, en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales terrain.
- Être en support commercial pour toutes les demandes des retailers (visuels, informations sur les produits, accès B2B, etc.).
- Assurer la visibilité dans les magasins, créer des activations avec les clients.

PROMOTION / GRASSROOTS

Gestion et animation d'une équipe de promoteurs dans le cadre des missions sur l'ensemble du territoire:

- Activations dans les clubs : organiser régulièrement des séances de tests de produits / animations dans les clubs et événements partenaires.
- Parrainages de joueurs : définir la meilleure stratégie de recrutement avec le country manager, détecter, recruter et signer des contrats avec les joueurs locaux et les juniors.
- Partenariats entraîneurs, clubs & fédérations locales : détecter, recruter et signer des contrats avec les entraîneurs et les clubs/académies, en accord avec la stratégie globale organiser des activations avec les fédérations / ligues locales.
- Conventions d'entraîneurs : participer à l'organisation des conventions annuelles dans tout le territoire
- Tournois et évènements : sélectionner et piloter les événements nationaux et locaux, en accord avec la stratégie globale.

**Profil**

De formation BAC+4/5 type école de commerce avec une spécialisation marketing, vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans en marketing opérationnel, au sein d'un département marketing ou commercial. Vous avez l'expérience du management d'équipe.

Vous connaissez le secteur du sport de tennis en Espagne et son écosystème (tournois, clubs, ).

Vous avez la capacité à négocier des contrats, à réaliser des interventions en public, en interne ou externe.

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques de gestion (plus particulièrement Excel).

Pour mener à bien vos missions, vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'espagnol et votre niveau d'anglais est professionnel. La pratique du français est un plus.

Votre capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, votre sens de l'écoute, du travail en équipe et votre capacité d'adaptation seront des atouts pour ce poste.
