Head Of (HO) Buildings & Construction (f/m) has arisen within Airbus in Spain.

Technical skills we are looking for: b eing accountable and responsible for building and construction works under Airbus responsibility:

  • Engineering | Architecture | Building background (engineering level = EQF7 / MECES 3)
  • Project management experience demonstrated ( n ice to have PMP c ertification)
  • Quality assurance
  • Technical management
  • Procedures follow up
  • CapEx/OpEx & finance contro l
  • R&O management
  • Planning management
  • Licenses & administration management
  • M anagement of resources, etc.
To translate into a clear operational strategy the mission / vision of the Facility Management and Real Estate department. Ensure deliverables on quality, time and cost and with the People Safety at Work principles. Secure the business at short/mid/long term, contributing to increase Airbus profitability. ESG principles to be applied in the works/constructions.
