An excellent office manager must have excellent communication skills and great ability to manage diverse tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating with vendors
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
  • Coordinating events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging logistics
  • Managing office budgets and expenses
  • Managing and tracking expense and invoice process in coordination with the accounting team
  • Knowing and actively participating in occupational risk prevention activities
  • Working hand in hand with HR department in the administrative tasks for team building and training activities
  • Coordinating with the Helpdesk team the preparation and shipment of working material for new employees
  • Keeping the corporate intranet updated
  • Providing support and guidance for the office management team
Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • High level of Spanish and English
  • Availability to work from the office monday to friday, starting at 8.00am
