SDS is looking for a Operational Framework and Quality Assurance Analyst III
, based in our Madrid (Spain) office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


As an _Operational Framework and Quality Assurance Analyst II _
, your main objective will be to assist in the identification and mitigation of Financial Crime related risks resulting from the on-going operational services.

You will be providing support in the design, delivery and implementation of a global robust FCC operational Control and Quality Assurance Framework, including the financials area.

We ́re looking for an individual with significant analytical, self-starter and organisational skills, who is results driven and can easily adapt to a dynamic environment.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Assist in building a robust global Financial Crime operational control framework, which provides senior management with oversight over the operational services provided by the different Hubs.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of internal reporting, including managing MI and calculating data.
  • Assist analysing Financial Crime operational processes (Transaction Monitoring, Screening and KYC) to understand whether the control framework is operating effectively.
  • Support developing a global training model.
  • Help building a global quality assurance process.
  • Support local units to comply with corporate policies and procedures related to AML&TF.
  • Work on ad hoc initiatives.

EXPERIENCE

  • Approximately 5 years' experience across the core competencies required for the role.
  • Process Management knowledge.
  • Experience in the Financial Crime industry (AML/FC KYC/TM/Screening processes) is desirable.
  • Project management skills is a plus.
  • Experience working within a control framework environment.

EDUCATION

  • University degree.
  • ICA/ACAMS or similar certificate is a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding Spanish and English reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Analytical thinking and results driven.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Highly organized and selfstarter.
  • Attention to detail oriented.
  • Multitasking.
  • Crossteam integration.
