En Grupo INVOIN estamos buscando un Project Manager Automatización para incorporación directa en importante empresa de servicios en el ámbito del agua y medioambiente
en Barcelona.

Requisitos

  • Titulación Universitaria.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos similares.
  • Experiência en proyectos de automatizacion o del ciclo integral del agua.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Actitud proactiva.
  • Dotes de liderazgo.

Principales funciones

  • Planificar y organizar todas las actividades y tareas necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto. Esto incluye establecer un cronograma, asignar recursos y definir los hitos clave.
  • Liderar y gestionar a todo el equipo de trabajo del proyecto. Esto implica asignar tareas, hacer un seguimiento del progreso, proporcionar orientación y motivar al equipo para lograr los resultados deseados.
  • Asegurar que el proyecto se mantenga dentro de los límites acordados en términos de alcance. Esto implica gestionar los cambios y desviaciones que puedan surgir durante el desarrollo del proyecto.
  • Identificar y evaluar los posibles riesgos asociados al proyecto, y desarrollar estrategias para mitigarlos o gestionarlos de manera efectiva. Esto implica anticipar problemas y tomar medidas preventivas.
  • Establecer y mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva tanto con el equipo de trabajo como con los interesados del proyecto. Esto implica informar sobre el progreso, resolver problemas y mantener a todas las partes informadas y comprometidas.
  • Asegurar que el producto o servicio final cumpla con los estándares de calidad establecidos. Esto implica establecer y seguir procesos de control de calidad, realizar pruebas y evaluaciones, y corregir cualquier desviación.
  • Gestionar eficientemente los recursos asignados al proyecto, incluyendo el presupuesto, el personal, los materiales y el tiempo. Esto implica realizar un seguimiento de los costos, optimizar el uso de los recursos y garantizar su disponibilidad.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el estado del proyecto, incluyendo el avance, los hitos alcanzados, los problemas enfrentados y las acciones tomadas. También debe asegurarse de que se documenten adecuadamente todas las actividades y decisiones del proyecto.
