Description

The Solution Consultant role is pivotal within the Solution Consulting team, providing expertise and leadership in various areas:

  • Maintaining current knowledge of the local asset management industry trends and future outlook
  • Presenting and explaining FNZ's existing capabilities
  • Defining and questioning project scope
  • Documenting customer business outcomes to develop requirements and solution designs
  • Assisting with platform integration design
  • Offering business transformation support and consultancy services
  • Providing guidance on platform compliance with regulations
  • Designing customer training programs and facilitating knowledge transfer
  • Configuring platforms and implementing FNZ's Model Wealth Solution process
  • Facilitating analyst and developer handovers and support
  • Conducting functional reviews and TDD walkthroughs
  • Establishing business readiness procedures and agreeing on SLAs
  • Verifying defects

Team Responsibilities

The Solution Consulting team is accountable for offering valuable services to FNZ's current and potential customers. This involves configuring platforms, conducting the FNZ Model Wealth Solution configuration process for new implementations, and aiding the sales team in securing new projects. The team also undertakes various consulting tasks for both existing and new customers, such as defining propositions, Business transformation, and facilitating the exchange of knowledge. Additionally, they collaborate closely with other FNZ teams to ensure services are provided reliably and compliantly.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and assistance for assigned FNZ client projects
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define propositions and product requirements
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Platform Operating Models and provide guidance to customers on best practices
  • Be an expert in the Model Wealth Solution and manage the configuration process
  • Document all customer requirements and ensure they are met
  • Ensure quality assurance of solution documentation
  • Deliver training programs and consultancy services to customers
  • Offer expertise in the regulatory environment to guide customers
  • Be knowledgeable about the platform market and provide internal support

Experience required

Preferred Industry Knowledge

  • Experience in consulting, analysis, or architecture
  • Knowledge of investment, wealth, life, and/or pensions products and markets
  • Expertise in at least 4 functional areas of the FNZ platform
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment and upcoming changes
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services/wealth delivery or consulting
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
