Leadership:

Retail Focus:
Leverage experience in retail finance to optimize financial performance at points of sale.

you will need to be a very proactive person and be thrilled to change / improve things your way where you find it necessary.

But, apart from that, there are some basic things that you need to have.

We'll try to keep it simple, and the more you can add, the better:

Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in senior finance leadership roles, with significant experience in multinational environments. Experience managing finances for companies with retail operations will be highly considered.

Education:
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. CPA or equivalent preferred.

Big 4
Experience:
Prior experience at a Big 4 auditing firm or similar prestigious organization will be highly valued

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

Additional language skills are a strong advantage due to this group's globalization efforts

Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams in a fast-paced environment

Global Perspective:

Experience working in or with Spanish companies operating internationally, with a deep understanding of diverse financial regulations and cultural nuances.
