The Team:

  • Our newly established Applied AI team focuses on developing AI solutions to address crucial business issues.
  • We work closely with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer success and to advance the development of cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Operating on a global scale, our team serves diverse industries.



The Role:

Join us as an Applied AI Engineer, where you'll engage directly with clients to comprehend their challenges and create innovative AI solutions utilizing our Process Intelligence platform.

Furthermore, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to standardize and implement these solutions for our broad customer base.



The responsibilities you will undertake:

  • Present the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to clients, aligning our solutions with their AI strategies.
  • Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to meet client requirements, encompassing both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
  • Identify and package scalable use cases on the Celonis platform to drive innovation and broaden our offerings.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape future product development based on client feedback.
  • Train internal teams and aid in the positioning and deployment of AI solutions.


The necessary qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing AI solutions for enterprises, showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering top-notch solutions under challenging timelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
