Internal Control & Compliance Manager


Resportando al Finance & IT Director, el/la Internal Control & Compliance Manager se encargará de Supervisar los sistemas de control interno y compliance de Refresco Iberia para garantizar el cumplimiento con los principios básicos, leyes externas y requisitos legales, asumiendo la coordinación de las auditorías internas y analizando los posibles riesgos y tomando las medidas de control necesarias en la Unidad de Negocio para avanzar en la detección de los posibles riesgos y sus medidas correctoras oportunas.


Responsabilidades clave del puesto

  • Coordina y supervisa el área de control interno, responsabilizándose de mantener el marco de controles internos en línea con los requerimientos SOX y los requisitos del Grupo.
  • Prepara/actualiza narrativos, flujogramas y documentación asociada al área (como matriz de riesgos y controles).
  • Implementa políticas en el ámbito financiero de acuerdo con el marco de control interno de la empresa.
  • Revisa el cumplimiento de las políticas de la compañía.
  • Coordina y apoya el trabajo de los auditores externos e internos, sirviendo de interlocutor entre ellos y el resto de la Organización.
  • Responsable de la ejecución y cumplimiento del ciclo de auditoría interna y el plan de acción.
  • En el supuesto de identificación de áreas de mejora/findings de auditoría, evalúa el impacto y asiste en el diseño e implementación de dichas mejoras y/o planes de remediación.
  • Supervisa los SOD en aplicaciones y sistemas críticos.
  • Gestiona proyectos financieros de mejora continua.
  • Promueve la cultura/conciencia de control interno en la empresa.
  • Gestiona temas legales con asesores externos.
  • Supervisa el cumplimiento en materia de protección de datos.
  • Vela por el cumplimiento del plan de prevención de riesgos penales.

  • Licenciado en ADE
  • Experiência en SOX, control interno & compliance
  • Conocimiento en finanzas
  • Orientación a resultados
  • Transparencia, integridad y responsabilidad
  • Compromiso con la organización
  • Habilidades de planificación y para trabajar con distintos grupos de trabajo.
  • Proactividad, pragmatismo y flexibilidad.
  • Nível de inglés alto
