WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
- You have experience working with technical teams and conecting them with the business side.
- Experience gathering requierements, user stories or user cases.
- You have created proper documentation for the projects.
- Experience with Agile environments, specially with Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English Fluent as you will be working at an international and multicultural enviroment and english is the day to day language.
WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?
- Experience at big companies or complex enviroments
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, German...
- Experience with virtual teams and Hybrid enviroments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs.
- Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems.
- Use analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction.
- Create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements.
- Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Support project management in defining scope and objectives.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and IT.
