Estamos buscando un/a Junior Data Analyst para empresa multinacional en gestión medioambiental, que ofrece servicios urbanos y tratamiento de residuos.
Actualmente la empresa opera en más de 15 países, y cuenta con más de 50,000 personas trabajando en todo el mundo.
La posición se ubica en la central, el centro de trabajo de Sant Andreu; donde trabajarás junto a un equipo de unas 40 personas.
Con un foco muy fuerte en la innovación y la sostenibilidad, la empresa trabaja para mejorar el impacto ambiental y promover prácticas sostenibles en todas sus operaciones.
Misión:
La misión de la posición consiste en el correcto desarrollo de sistemas de transferencia de datos para uno de los principales clientes; el Ayuntamiento.
El perfil que buscamos trabajará desde la central en Barcelona que da servicio a Cataluña y Baleares.
Funciones:
Desarrollo e implantación de sistemas propios para transferir datos al Ayuntamiento.Garantizar que los datos al Ayuntamiento se envían correctamente y si no es así, poder ofrecer una solución.Generación de certificaciones con Excel.Formación a los encargados para garantizar que se está sacando el máximo provecho de las herramientas informáticas para extraer los datos necesarios.Comunicación con los encargados de servicio que velan porque los diferentes servicios ciudadanos se lleven a cabo, para garantizar que los operarios hacen uso de las herramientas informáticas para que los datos lleguen al Ayuntamiento.Apoyo al servicio en la implantación y funcionamiento de las necesarias herramientas informáticas de control y apoyo (control presencia, tabletas, telefonía móvil, etc.).Adaptaciones a la herramienta central basada en el ERP Microsoft Dynamics (centraliza la herramienta comercial, de gestión de inventarios, meta4...) implementada para el desarrollo de informes y consultas. Se trabajará con un equipo de programación en Madrid que se encarga del desarrollo, pero es necesario hacer vistas, consultas etc. en Microsoft Dynamics.Pilotar que toda la transición del sistema actual a Microsoft Dynamics sea controlada.Requisitos:Formación: FP en Informática o Titulación universitaria en Informática, ADE, Economía o similares.Idiomas: Buen nivel de castellano y catalán.Al menos 1-3 años de experiencia profesional en un rol similar.Manejo de las siguientes herramientas: Excel, Power BI.Capacidad de análisis.Buenas dotes de comunicación.Habilidades para la gestión y coordinación.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Requisitos deseables (no excluyentes): Especialización en Data Analytics.Conocimiento de Microsoft Dynamics.¿Qué ofrecemos?Posición estable, contrato indefinido.Modalidad de trabajo: 4 días desde la oficina ubicada en Sant Andreu (Barcelona) y 1 día en remoto.Horario flexible de 35hs. semanales con 2-3 tardes libres a la semana.
