So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)..

to reverse engineer their strategies.

Our ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them)


So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we created 2 new brands with international ambitions.

And with them we have 3 dreams:

YOUR MISSION:

Your main mission is to help us reach the next level of 20M in sales while having very high level of customers and team satisfaction
So structuring the company so that it grows without our

CEO:

creating an A Players team, installing a culture of performance and execution, putting the right systems in place and overseeing all HR, finance, legal, marketing, office management operations.


This is a full time position from our beautiful offices in Dubai or soon Barcelona or in remote anywhere in the world.

YOUR 5 MAIN MISSIONS:

-

1. Leads the execution of strategies developed by the CEO by meeting or exceeding planned P&L targets
:

  • Develop the business and manage the daytoday operations
  • Assist CEO with Yearly/Monthly/Quarterly planning
  • Play devil's advocate with the CEO and determine when to stay focused
  • Solve problems effectively by eradicating the cause
  • Integrate all major operational functions of the company

2. Create a culture of performance, execution and continuous improvement:

  • Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreedupon commitments
( ex :

performance reviews)

  • Lead all internal team meetings
  • Set a tempo, a pace of execution and performance at all levels in the company, so that everyone
- have clear and ambitious objectives for the quarter
- be responsible for a numerical indicator and with an associated scoreboard
