  • Gestionando y coordinando todos los recursos de la tienda para ofrecer a los clientes una experiência de compra de calidad
  • Dirigiendo el funcionamiento operativo de tienda de forma eficaz y efectiva
  • Responsabilidades principales:
  • Ser responsable de su tienda, distribuyendo los recursos y organizando procesos que impulsen la rentabilidad en diferentes situaciones y condiciones de mercado.
  • Conocer la situación actual de Profit & Loss de su tienda, así como sobre los KPI ́s y tomar decisiones comerciales basadas en los criterios financieros de la misma.
  • Registrar los datos de actividad en tienda (ej. productos más vendidos, seguimiento de las ventas y ventas semanales por metro cuadrado) y proponer soluciones enfocadas al éxito comercial.
  • Evaluar las cifras y pronosticar futuras ventas, así como interpretar las tendencias que faciliten la planificación.
  • Analizar y comprender el comportamiento de los clientes en la tienda, elaborando e implementando en base a ellos los cambios necesarios para adaptar el servicio ofrecido.
  • Supervisar la satisfacción mediante las herramientas de opinión (NPS) para fomentar una mejora constante del Customer Service de la tienda.
  • Ser un modelo a seguir y asegurar un servicio de atención al cliente efectivo.
  • Crear un ambiente de trabajo que garantice que la actividad de la tienda y sus elementos sirven para transmitir los valores de la marca.
  • Asegurar que el conocimiento sobre la marca y los productos se transformen en habilidades de venta en todas las categorías relevantes.
  • Crear un ambiente atractivo para los clientes garantizando la correcta implantación del Visual Merchandising y el mantenimiento del buen estado de la tienda.
  • Cumplir y garantizar el cumplimiento por parte de su equipo de las políticas y procedimientos de la tienda para mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro
  • Cumplir y garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad estipulados para la manipulación de stock y trabajo en el almacén
  • Promover constantes mejoras en el funcionamiento del almacén y los procedimientos de reposición
  • Minimizar pérdidas aplicando, controlando y supervisando los procedimientos de Profit Protection
  • Proponer sugerencias e ideas sobre cómo mejorar los sistemas y procesos
  • Trabajar con el Disctrict manager para identificar a los trabajadores con mayor potencial de crecimiento
  • Crear relaciones constructivas con los distintos departamentos (Marketing, Merchandising, Omnichanel ) con el fin de maximizar las oportunidades de negocio
  • Ocasionalmente, participar en la realización de trabajos nocturnos tales como, cambios de layout, implantaciones puntuales, o labores de inventariado

  • Buscar e implementar las mejores formas de mejorar el rendimiento general del equipo de la tienda.
  • Promover e implantar la cultura de Health & Safety a todo el equipo, garantizando el cumplimiento de todos los protocolos y procedimientos estipulados para la realización de las funciones correspondientes a cada puesto
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de los integrantes del equipo de tienda a través de la Formación Operativa, en áreas como Resolución de problemas, Continuidad de Negocios, House of Retail y sistemas internos. Informar al equipo de la tienda sobre estos cambios y actualizar los registros de formación relevantes
  • Apoyar todas las investigaciones relacionadas con operaciones o casos disciplinarios con el apoyo del equipo de HR.
  • Poseer habilidades de liderazgo para guiar y formar a su equipo en las operaciones de la tienda y la gestión del desempeño a través del Performance Management (#Mybest), con el apoyo del HR Manager y el DM
  • Crear un ambiente de alto rendimiento en su tienda, estableciendo objetivos y expectativas bien definidos; analizando el rendimiento del equipo, otorgando responsabilidades a los miembros y proporcionando sugerencias adecuadas y de forma inmediat
