Nuestro cliente es una empresa que ha desarrollado una plataforma cloud y ofrece servicios tecnológicos a la cadena de suministro de alimentos y a los principales minoristas de alimentos, simplificando la gestión integral del área de Calidad, y seguridad alimentaria, a través de toda la cadena de valor.

Buscamos un Food Safety & Quality Coordinator


Cuya principal misión será, coordinar y gestionar el equipo para asegurar que los proveedores cumplan con las buenas prácticas agrícolas y la normativa vigente en cuanto a seguridad alimentaria, de productos fitosanitarios y LMRs.

Tareas

  • Formar, motivar y organizar el trabajo de los Produce Technician y de los Inspection Officers.
  • Coordinar el trabajo con las distintas organizaciones responsables de la toma de muestras en otros países.
  • Realizar el seguimiento del cumplimiento del workplan mensualRealizar los procedimientos marcados para de adhesión de un nuevo cliente e iniciar la solicitud de documentación necesaria según el protocolo establecido (solicitud de adhesión, modelo de compartición de datos, listado de productores,..) y hacer el seguimiento.
  • Elaborar, hacer el seguimiento los Workplan mensuales de los inspection officers y organizaciones externas colaboradoras en la inspección y toma de muestras.
  • Seguimiento de la recepción de las muestras por el laboratorio.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los Análisis de Riesgos
  • Buscar y seleccionar equipos de inspección y de laboratorio colaboradores a nível nacional e internacional.
  • Seguimiento del cumplimiento de exigencias para laboratorios incluyendo cumplimiento con exigencias de acreditación y control de cumplimiento de tiempos de respuesta. Verificar participación de laboratorios seleccionados en intercomparativos.
  • Dar soporte al cliente para aclarar dudas con respecto funcionamiento de la plataforma en cuanto al proceso de solicitud de adhesión (dudad, solicitudes plataforma) en proceso de que migre al produce technician

Requisitos:

Ingeniería agrícola/biología/Ciencias de la alimentación

Formación complemtaria:
deseable conocimientos de Pesticidas, experiência en almacén

Experiência anterior en puestos similares: 1-3 años.

Inglés nível alto, competencia profesional. Se realizará prueba.
