We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to the CEO of TravelPerk who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEOs personal life runs smoothly This role requires a high level of discretion organisation and adaptability The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the CEOs effectiveness and productivity You will be reporting to the CEOs Executive Assistant EAnbsp;nbsp;

This position is officebased Monday through Friday during regular working hours

What will you be doing?

Personal Affairs Support: Handle various personal tasks for the CEO Organise documents to be signed internally or via a Notary Be the POC for office related tasks Managing the CEOs Calendar with their EA: Schedule and prioritise meetings appointments and travel arrangements while considering the CEOs time constraints and preferences Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel including flights accommodations and itineraries Ensure the CEO is wellprepared for personal trips Deal with highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders including family members friends and business associates to ensure effective communication and coordination Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating personal events celebrations and gatherings ProblemSolving: Address issues and challenges that may arise in the CEOs personal life finding efficient and effective solutions Third door thinkingnbsp; General Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as managing personal invoices phone calls and other duties as assigned Process executive expenses and payment of invoicesnbsp; What will you need to succeed?
