The Role Objective:
The main focus will be providing HR management and support for the Nordic region, specifically Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, within a matrix organization structure.

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in understanding business unit objectives, offering professional HR solutions, and consistently implementing HR policies effectively.



Responsibilities:
- HR Planning: Develop a medium to long-term HR plan aligning people and organizational priorities with business goals.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Drive a culture of high performance, challenge management teams to enhance effectiveness, and promote cultural change.
- Learning and Development: Enhance people management skills, operate HR governance processes, and encourage professional development within the business.
- Business Change: Provide HR support for organizational changes, drive change management, and facilitate effective communication strategies.
- HR Service Delivery: Ensure operational HR services meet business requirements and collaborate with other HR functions to deliver results.
Competencies:
- Must be flexible, customer-focused, and excel in building relationships in a dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR laws and procedures in the Nordic region.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence at senior levels, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in various software applications including Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a consultancy or service-oriented setting.
- Expertise in HR practices, labor laws, payroll, benefits, and employment regulations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, or Danish is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive organizational changes and balance company and employee needs effectively.
