MSX International está en la búsqueda de un/a Automotive Distribution and Sales Support.

Acerca del puesto:

Como Automotive Distribution and Sales Support, jugarás un papel activo en recepción y tramitación de las consultas/acciones realizadas por la red de concesionarios y departamentos internos

Funciones a realizar en el día a día:

  • Servicio de soporte sobre gestión de pedidos: traspasos de unidades, cambios de fechas de entrega, gestión de transportes de vehículos, programación de pedidos, gestión de holds de crédito, retrocesiones, cedencias, abonos, refacturas, comunicaciones de ventas, soporte documentaciones ITV;
  • Acciones de coordinación de transporte con NDS para gestión de transporte (prioridades, retrasos, información logística);
  • Suporte a la red en las funcionalidades de la herramienta de Niivos
  • Ser el principal punto de contacto para las incidencias detectadas en los servicios y herramientas de gestión de pedidos (Niivos, B2b);
  • Gestión de DAV's y petición de matrículas a través del despachantes autorizados;
  • Gestión de la herramienta de programación de pedidos Host, envío a la red, seguimiento, gestión de incidencias y de consultas de la red

Te buscamos a ti si:

  • Tienes formación y experiência en la gestión de reclamaciones de clientes;
  • Tienes aptitud para la relación con clientes. Habilidad en el manejo de objeciones y gestión emocional del cliente;
  • Habilidad negociadora y dotes para la comunicación;
  • Habilidad para redactar cartas. Capacidad de síntesis;
  • Dominio del castellano y del catalán (oral y escrito). Ingles valorable.
  • Conocimientos mínimos del área de distribución del automóvil.
  • Dominio del Microsoft Office en particular del Word y Excel.
