Job Description


We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Brand Partnerships & Guest Experience in the MEA APAC region. This role, based in Thailand, reports directly to the VP of Brand Management & Marketing for MEA APAC.

The Director will drive the region's strategy for partnerships across Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands by engaging with potential partners, enhancing revenue, and optimizing the guest experience. The key responsibilities include leading a customer-centric culture, monitoring KPIs, negotiating contracts, and aligning stakeholder needs.

Strong project management and problem-solving abilities are essential for bringing brand partnerships to life, ensuring excellence in brand experience and adherence to standards.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key regional partners.
  • Create innovative partnership programs to enhance brand offerings.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure exclusive brand initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and oversee partnership activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective execution and communication.
  • Provide guidance to hotel teams and ensure brand consistency.
  • Foster relationships with partners and agencies to drive brand success.

In addition, the Director will elevate the brand experience by inspiring a customer-centric culture, driving operational excellence, and ensuring brand compliance across the MEA APAC region.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Marketing, Partnerships, or Branding.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services and/or Airlines is a plus.
  • Experience working with Fortune 100 brands.
  • Familiarity with matrix-reporting structures.
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
