Neuraxpharm is seeking a PV Senior Scientist located in Barcelona, Sant Joan Despi for a hybrid role.
Your mission:
Corporate PV is looking to expand its team due to the intricacies of the Neuraxpharm PV System and the importance of monitoring the safety profiles of Neuraxpharm medicinal products while aligning with the company's overall strategy.
You will be reporting to the Corporate PV Manager.
Your major responsibilities:
- Support safety management activities for all Neuraxpharm products
- Conduct PV activities in compliance with current local and global PV requirements
- Prepare, review, and monitor PV contracts (national and international)
- Coordinate the preparation and review of periodic safety reports and risk management plans
- Oversee signal detection activities
- Develop and implement risk minimization measures, including PV educational materials
- Establish standard operating procedures for the PV Department
- Ensure PV activities for company-sponsored clinical trials adhere to company SOPs and applicable regulations
- Participate in PV audits and inspections
We are looking for candidates with:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in PV-related environments at local, regional, and global levels
- Familiarity with local/global safety regulations and standards (e.g., ICH, EU Regulation)
- Knowledge of current legislation on pharmacovigilance
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or similar)
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in other European languages (Spanish, German, French, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10%
