The overall objective of the role is to work with the Corporate HR Team to achieve the strategic goals. With the guidance of the HRBPs and CHRO, the HR Specialist will own the onboarding process, manage the project assigned to them and work with the team on other projects that arise during the year.

Onboarding process:

Prepares and ensures the onboarding programs are tightly completed to facilitate the smooth integration of new joiners into the organisation.Coordinates with HRBPs, IT and other departments to ensure the process runs smoothly. Ensures all documentation is signed and well storage in the correct folders.Creates and keeps updated a SharePoint for employees to have a space to find all HR-related information.Implements changes and new ideas to meet the new joiners' needs.Guide countries in implementing the same process locally if needed.

Project management:

Works closely with the person in charge of the different HR Projects assigned to them. Manages the tasks appropriately assigned, ensuring the delivery is on time and manner.

C&B:

Co-creates, implements and maintains updates to the benchmark exercise to provide the team with a clear view of the salaries situation.Supports the transparency communication plan by drafting the communication, arranging the letters and supporting HRBPs with the delivery.

Events:

Be responsible for preparing all the presentations/material needed for the events.Drafts the communication and timelines for the events in coordination with HR team.

Administration:

Keeps the HR org charts for corporate and locally updated, following up with the HRBPs and HRD to track the changes.Ensures the Microsoft org charts are updated for the corporate level.Ensures that birthdays, anniversaries, and celebration emails are sent to corporate employees. Creates manuals and video guides for different systems and processes.Master's degree in HR, psychology, sociology, HR Management, economicsFluent EnglishBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding, project management, and data analysis.High project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
