Record to Report Accountant


At Record to Report, we are currently providing the Accounting and Reporting activities for most of the SKF companies in Southern Europe.


We carry out the R2R process which involves collecting, processing, and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing.

We are working in many different systems, but the main companies use SAP.

Daily activities for Record to Report Accountant

  • Record to Report processes within Finance & Accounting
  • Being responsible for the input and maintenance of financial data.
  • VAT & tax reporting
  • Being part of the Month End and Annual Closing
  • Keeping up to date with ongoing trends and changes in R2R
  • Coordinating initiatives with IT and other departments
  • Participating in improvement and efficiency projects within the R2R processes, master data, automation, standardisation and harmonisation in the ERP.
  • Supporting the F&A team when needed.

We expect you to have

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, in a relevant, financial field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Welldeveloped skills in accounting and reporting
  • Welldeveloped understanding of financial processes
  • Solid Accounting knowledge
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
  • French (intermediate level minimum)
  • Good knowledge of systems, integrations, and processes
  • You also have prior experience from working in SAP.
