- Desarrollar el personal branding de la agencia.
- Crear y distribuir comunicados de prensa, notas editoriales y otros materiales de comunicación para promover eventos, lanzamientos de productos, noticias de la empresa, etc.
- Gestionar crisis de reputación y manejar situaciones delicadas con habilidad y rapidez.
- Compaginar esta parte interna con dar el servicio de comunicación y PR a clientes externos de la agencia.
- Buscar clientes que quieran externalizar ese servicio y preparar propuestas.
- Liderar plan relacional con clientes.
- Desarrollo profesional
- Formato híbrido (3 días oficina / 2 teletrabajo)
- Graduado en Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Publicidad, Periodismo o similar.
- Al menos 6 años de experiencia en agencias de comunicación, dando servicios de comunicación y PR a los clientes.
- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés.
- Capacidad de desarrollar equipos.
- Habilidades excepcionales tanto en la comunicación verbal como escrita.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada al cliente, capacidad para comprender sus necesidades y expectativas para ofrecer soluciones efectivas y personalizadas.
