**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Ganzheitliche Leitung und Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten
- Koordination aller projektbeteiligten internen und externen Stakeholder
- Budgetverantwortung sowie Kosten
- und Qualitätskontrolle
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Bauvorschriften
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Architekten und Auftragnehmern
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter im Bauwesen, vorzugsweise im Bereich hochwertiger Immobilienprojekte in Spanien und/oder den Balearischen Inseln, Ibiza
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Bauabläufe und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen in Spanien und/oder dne Balearischen Inseln, Ibiza
- Ausgeprägte Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig und organisiert
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse Spanischen Sprache, Englisch vorteilhaft
Neben Ihren Erfahrungen als **Projektleiter(in)** bestechen Sie durch einen professionellen, selbstsicheren Auftritt und verfügen neben einer hervorragenden Auffassungsgabe über ein hohes Engagement in den Ihnen zugetragenen Aufgaben. Sie arbeiten eigenständig genauso gut wie im Team und haben ein Selbstverständnis für die Exklusivität unserer Projekte sowie den außerordentlichen Stellenwert unserer Interessenten und Kunden.
Neben einem gepflegten Äußeren verfügen Sie über ein hohes Maß an Motivation, sind stets freundlich und zuvorkommend und ein Teamplayer. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, gewissenhaft, vertraulich und sind zielstrebig sowie gleichermaßen erfolgsorientiert.
