We are currently looking for an HR Generalist to join us at our facility in Asturias.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage employment contracts, social security registration, and onboarding & offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Support employee relations efforts by identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Connect with employees to solve queries or issues around benefits or other HRrelated topics.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and databases.
  • Build solid relationships with leaders and assist them in finding appropriate HR solutions to meet their needs. Coach them to effectively manage and grow their teams, in alignment with organizational goals, values, competencies, and policies/procedures.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 3 years' experience within an HR function; broad HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field; or Master's Degree in HR preferred.
- knowledge of local employment practices, laws, regulations, unions, and work councils (where applicable)

  • English Fluent level
  • Must have a solutionsorientation mindset and demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity dealing with issues that do not always have a process or a system in place
  • Knowledge of the Chemical Industry General Agreement would be a plus.
