Balibaris is a men's ready-to-wear brand that reinvents men's clothing with the ambition to offer them an ideal wardrobe.


The collections assert themselves from season to season and unite around noble materials and a high quality of design around a "Balibaris lifestyle".

A nice blend of balanced modernity, iconic with noticeable yet subtle details and renewed classics. A style which is both sustainable and timeless.

Balibaris counts 62 stores today, and boldly plans to expand to 100 stores in the next 5 years.

Votre mission principale est de faire vivre une réelle expérience personnalisée et authentique à votre client et de former votre équipe en ce sens avec exigence.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Accueillir la clientèle, s'intéresser à son client, et créer un lien de confiance avec lui
  • Ecouter, échanger et partager un moment agréable de convivialité
  • Présenter les articles, développer une argumentation techniques sur les produits et les mettre en valeur à travers un discours et une posture.
  • Veiller au maintien de l'image du point de vente
  • Veiller à la tenue des stocks pour être à même de satisfaire en permanence la clientèle
  • Fidéliser une clientèle
  • Assurer un service après vente de qualité
  • Promouvoir la marque à travers un management irréprochable de votre équipe en la motivant quotidiennement

Your key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers, taking an interest in them, and creating a bond of trust with them.
  • Listening, exchanging and sharing a pleasant moment of conviviality.
  • Presenting the collection, developing a technical knowledge on the products and highlighting them through a good speech and posture.
  • Ensure impeccable service throughout the visit, whether the customer is making a purchase or not.
  • Ensure that the image of the brand is maintained.
  • Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team.
  • Ensuring that stocks are kept up to date so that customers are always satisfied.
  • Respecting internal procedures.
  • Developing customer loyalty.
  • Ensuring quality aftersales service.
  • Promote the brand.

Perfil:

  • Expérience d'au moins 2 ans réussie dans le secteur Retail
  • Bonne écoute et sens du relationnel
  • Sens du service et de la persuasion
  • Excellente présentation et très bonne élocution
  • Très bon niveau en anglais commercial
