MISIÓN


Es responsabilidad del Boutique Sales Associate contribuir al correcto funcionamiento de la boutique a través de la consecución de ventas, así como participar y responsabilizarse de las operaciones diarias de la Boutique.


Tiene predisposición a la mejora continua de sus técnicas de venta, a ampliar sus conocimientos de marca y producto y a perfeccionar su servicio al cliente.


Aconseja a los clientes con el fin de garantizar un servicio de calidad exquisito, según las normas exigidas por Montblanc.


Mantiene una relación cordial y respetuosa con sus colegas, que garantiza el adecuado funcionamiento de la Boutique, interactuando y prestándoles su apoyo siempre que es necesario.

Se responsabiliza de la seguridad del producto y siempre respeta las directrices de la marca y del Boutique Manager.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Gestionar la venta de los productos
Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas marcados por la dirección.

Desarrollo de iniciativas de venta.

Participación activa en la consecución de clientes de BG.

Asegurar las relaciones con los clientes según las directrices de Montblanc
Gestionar la comunicación con los clientes (mailings, acciones clientes VIP, atención telefónica, etc.)

Incrementar la base de datos de clientes, aplicando las directrices de confidencialidad de datos.

Seguimiento y control de reparaciones y reservas de clientes

Mantener permanentemente en aplicación las normas de presentación de la Marca
Apariencia personal y uniforme.

Apariencia lujosa y cuidada de la Boutique y de los productos presentes (vitrinas y mostradores)

Respetar y asegurar la implementación de todas las campañas marketing.

Participación activa y responsable en la organización de eventos.

Funcionamiento de la Boutique:

Asegurar el funcionamiento de la Boutique en caso de ausencia de sus compañeros.

Polivalencia para las tareas de caja y gestión de almacén.

Asegurarse de que todas las ventas estén procesadas correctamente en el sistema informático

Gestión de producto
Conocimiento del producto, de novedades y de su mantenimiento.

Participación en los inventarios

Prevención de posibles pérdidas

Chequeo de recepción y preparación de envío de mercancía.

Transfer informático de mercancía

Gestión de la información
Participación de manera activa en las reuniones de equipo

Participación activa en los trainings proporcionados por la marca.

Respeto de los plazos establecidos por la empresa para la comunicación de asuntos laborales (solicitud de vacaciones, altas y bajas medicas, ausencias)

REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO

  • Experiência en ventas y madurez comercial.
  • Orientación al servicio exclusivo al cliente. Capacidad de detección de las necesidades del cliente
  • Aptitudes de comunicación y capacidad de buen trato telefónico
  • Sentido de la responsabilidad e iniciativa.
  • Excelente apariencia y presentación.
  • Conocimiento en relojería
  • Inglés nível alto.
  • Nativo español, inglés y catalán nível alto, valorable otros idiomas (francés y/o chino nível nativo o avanzado)
