¿Qué se hace en la Business Line y en la unidad?


La unidad " Electric, Interconnection & Control Design Unit " perteneciente al área de E&C (Ingeniería y Construcción) de Power Generation de EGP.


La Unidad participa en el planeamiento, diseño, y ejecución de los proyectos de generación renovable (Solar, Wind, etc), de almacenamiento (BESS, Hidrógeno, etc), sus hibridaciones, así como las subestaciones de transformación y transporte necesarias para su interconexión, sí como los elementos que aseguran la compatibilidad con la red ( grid compliance), todo ello tanto en las fases de Desarrollo previo como de Ejecución material.

En particular se encarga de los aspectos relacionados con la ingeniería eléctrica (tanto BoP como HV), requisitos de Grid, así como de la Instrumentación y Control del conjunto del proyecto (planta junto a sus infraestructuras completas de evacuación).


El ámbito de actuación abarca desde el diseño básico, desarrollo de criterios y especificaciones técnicas y paquetes de contratación, seguimiento de ingeniería de detalle de contratistas y apoyo a unidades de control de calidad, ejecución y pruebas.


Adicionalmente al desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos, la unidad tiene encomendada garantizar la excelencia técnica en su ámbito de competencia, para ello cuenta con una estructura multinacional que facilita el intercambio de las mejores prácticas en las diversas geografías en las que ENEL desarrolla la actividad de generación renovable.


En este sentido, E&C juega un papel de relevancia dentro del proceso de transición energética que está liderando la compañía.




¿Qué vas a hacer?


Ingeniero Senior I&C y SCADA, con experiência previa en I&C y sistemas SCADA, para la mejor definición de las infraestructuras de control de las plantas generación renovable y su evacuación de, en sus fases de desarrollo y ejecución priorizando el resultado económico, la seguridad, fiabilidad y calidad.


Servir de interfaz y actuar de referente técnico dentro de E&C, con BD, Compras, O&M y cualquier otro departamento relevante, tanto a nível local como global, para todas las actividades relacionadas con SCADA e I&C.

Las principales actividades y las responsabilidades principales de la posición son:

  • Desarrollo de actividades de diseño de sistemas SCADA e Instrumentación y Control durante la vida del proyecto: iniciando en los estudios de factibilidad y trabajos previos de ingeniería, y durante el desarrollo de esta.
  • Análisis y diseño de soluciones en la filosofía de regulación de las plantas, tanto standalone como híbridas y su concreción técnica (PPC, Master PPC, EMS, etc).
  • Diseño de la solución técnica para la integración del proyecto, bajo los requisitos del Operador del Sistema y el despacho propio de Enel Green Power.
  • Diseño y revisión de los Sistemas de control y protección y medida, relativo a la parte sistemas AT/MT de Subestaciones.
  • Apoyo en la continua mejora de las Especificaciones Técnicas y/o su elaboración, tanto para desarrollo propio de proyectos, como para desarrollos externos.
  • Análisis y diseño de la Arquitectura de Control Global de proyecto, con la correcta integración de los diferentes proveedores, sistemas y tecnologías involucradas en el proyecto.
  • Gestión y supervisión de las actividades de diseño e ingeniería de contratistas relativas a I&C y SCADA.
  • Apoyo durante las fases de licitación (para estimación de CAPEX, OPEX y cumplimiento de calendarios).
  • Revisión de documentación y planos de I&C, Arquitecturas de Control/SCADA, entre otras.
  • Seguimiento y revisión de documentos técnicos emitidos por terceros (contratistas, EPCistas, ingenierías externas, etc) para proyectos en desarrollo y/o ejecución, asegurando el cumplimiento del diseño respecto a las especificaciones de EGP y las mejores prácticas de ingeniería.
  • Colaboración con otras Disciplinas técnicas y con las unidades de tecnologías renovables y de Operación y Mantenimiento (O+M local y global) para selección, y mejora de las soluciones técnicas aplicables.
  • Colaboración con Construcción y Commissioning para ayudar a solucionar los problemas técnicos durante las fases de arranque y puesta en marcha.
  • Colaboración con Operación Remota para la integración del sistema SCADA en el centro de control de la Unidad de Operación y Mantenimiento (Centro de Control Central).
  • Colaboración con la unidad Digital Hub (ICT) para la correcta integración del Proyecto en cuestión
