En estos últimos años, hemos pasado de ser un grupo industrial a ser una empresa de generación de energía.- Análisis de las diferentes posibilidades de financiación de la compañía a corto, medio y largo plazo en los mercados de deuda: deuda de proyecto o corporativa, deuda senior, subordinada, pagarés o bonos, private placement, etc.
- Revisión y elaboración de la documentación legal (folleto) de las posibles emisiones junto con el Dpto.
- Búsqueda, propuesta y selección de bancos asesores e inversores.
- Revisión de propuestas, comparativa y selección.
- Negociación de condiciones y ejecución de la emisión.
- Seguimiento de las emisiones, asegurando el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de información periódicas.
Requisitos mínimos
- Titulación superior en ADE, Económicas, Finanzas, Ingeniería o similar.
- Máster o estudios de postgrado en área financiera.
- Inglés alto (C1-C2).
- Experiência previa de al menos 5 años en mercados de capitales (DCM) y emisiones de deuda de proyecto y corporativa.
- Se valorarán conocimientos del área de infraestructuras o energía.
