Job Summary:
The Strategy & Operations Sr Analyst will contribute to redefining how small businesses find risk coverage online.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, lead initiatives, develop business models, and launch new processes and workflows.
You will handle business operational performance and targets, and you will play a key role to execute and manage projects to improve the operational performance together with the Sales, Product and Marketing departments.
You will be a key player in addressing business challenges and decision making in collaboration with Operations & Strategy leadership.

- Essential Job Functions:
- Play a key role in ad-hoc projects internationally, to improve operational performance and manage both internal and external stakeholders.-
- Conduct strategic analysis, customer/competitor research, and market sizing.-
- Own financial modeling and scenario analysis.-
- Develop new business models, defining org structures, and strategic annual planning that aligns with the company goals.-
- Execute action plans by providing advice and guidance across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.-
- Continuously monitor process performance and enforce the right process execution with the sales and customer service teams.-
- Identify both proactive and reactive improvement opportunities across all departments within Coverwallet
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree including analytical coursework (e.g. engineering, economics, finance, statistics, computer science)-
- 2 to 4 years working in a consultative role, in investment banking, or in strategy & operations
- Technical:
- Sophisticated business modeling skills in Excel and history of producing meticulous outputs.
- Experience solving problems through data analysis.
- Preferred but not required: CRM tools like SalesForce, Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau or Sisense, SQL
- Professional:
- Strong english written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver with excellent analytical skills.
- Willingness to take ownership of initiatives and perform in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as the ability to deliver results in a timely manner.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong quantitative reasoning skills and experience using data to provide insights to executive leadership and other departmentsAbout Aon:
