Context

As part of the AXA GO operations global expansion and the IPC TOM stream under the Harmony Program, the Change Management function is undergoing globalization to oversee global changes with a team spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The role of Manager is pivotal in overseeing the team and facilitating the transition of upcoming scopes.

Job Purpose

Lead a team of IT Change Managers located in Europe, Asia, and the Americas for AXA GO. Responsibilities will align with the IPC TOM rollout.

Ensure the quality of all GO Changes align with the QoS goals, adhere to established processes, and are well-coordinated with Product teams and Entities impacted.

Engage in the IPC TOM Transition project, provide support for OpCo scope transition, and integrate new team members into the evolving scopes.

Facilitate the gradual transition of the IT Change Process to the target state, encompassing all Silva updates.

Main Activities Team Management
  • Lead and guide a team of 10 Change Managers starting in July 2024, offering mentorship and support as the team grows in line with the IPC TOM deployment.
  • Establish team cohesion, working methods, and practices for this new virtual team, ensuring a shared sense of purpose measured through Pulse results.
  • Manage all HR aspects concerning the team, such as objective setting, performance reviews, and recruitment.
  • Develop and implement IT change management policies, procedures, and processes to align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business units to effectively plan, approve, and implement changes.
  • Monitor and report on change management progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the change management process by identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and engage higher management as needed.
  • Monitor process KPIs, analyze results, and devise improvement plans to elevate the maturity of the change process and operational outcomes.
Transition Project
  • Lead the Change Management stream in the IPC TOM Transition project.
  • Transition OpCo changes to the entities as per agreements, consolidating the team to cover all GO changes.
  • Pilot the target Change Process and CAB structure, secure outcomes, and gain Steer Co agreement for the rollout.
  • Oversee the rollout of the target Process and CABs across all products.
  • Manage stakeholders from products and Entities to ensure alignment and address concerns effectively.
  • Participate in essential steering committees.
  • Identify and document process changes, collaborating with the IT Standardization Program for deployment. Work closely with the GPO to maintain the relevance of global processes.
  • Identify necessary enhancements to Silva and coordinate with the Silva team for implementation.
Your Profile

Experience

  • Experience in Change Management
  • Familiarity with IT Operations
  • Previous exposure to a Global organization
  • Proficiency in deploying ITIL processes

Soft Skills

  • Engage in constructive stakeholder management to elevate recognition of the Change process and its impact on QoS and operations
  • Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively across different levels, primarily in English
  • Inspire a community to actively support process adoption, adherence, and provide continuous feedback
