Empresa de tipo insurtech (seguros) referente en el sector y en importante crecimiento, quiere incorporar un/a Devops Engineer especializado en AWS, responsable de la supervisión, desarrollo y crecimiento de la arquitectura y componentes cloud de la solución tecnológica de la compañía, así como la construcción de automatización de pipelines y entornos. Se integrará directamente en un equipo en crecimiento de 4-5 personas inicialmente, a crecer a más de 15 especialistas en IT en 2022.

REQUISITOS

  • Cloud público: AWS
  • IaaC, Herramientas de Automatización y conceptos DevOps: Ansible.
  • Gestor de Dependencias: Maven y NPM.
  • Repositorios: Git y Gestión de Versionado.
  • Políticas de Seguridad.
  • Metodologías: Scrum y cultura devops.
  • Servicios y Microservicios AWS
  • Automatización de despliegues: Jenkins y AWS CodePipeline
  • Contenedores: Helm y Fargate
  • Servicios BBDD: Aurora
  • Estrategias de Escalado
  • SLAs de respuesta en incidencia
  • Entornos de alta disponibilidad para plataformas digitales.
  • Trabajar con el Head of IT para supervisar y desarrollar la arquitectura y diseñar la hoja de ruta tecnológica de acuerdo con los objetivos de negocio
  • Organizar internamente el área de Influencia de NOC y Redes y Despliegues.
  • Establecer los protocolos de actuación para la gestión de incidencias IT así como los correspondientes planes de contingencia.
  • Evaluar las necesidades de la compañía e implementar las herramientas más eficientes para satisfacerlas.
  • Certificar que las herramientas funcionen como se espera de ellas.
  • Tomar las decisiones necesarias para conseguir los objetivos siempre basadas en datos y siguiendo el presupuesto destinado.
  • Creación y fijación de plazos y deadlines para el desarrollo y el despliegue de todos los servicios tecnológicos.
  • Mantenerse al día de las tendencias y desarrollos tecnológicos.

En definitiva, responsabilizarse de la evolución, desarrollo, seguridad y disponibilidad de la arquitectura-infraestructura de la compañía, junto al Head of IT.

Condiciones salariales muy competitivas en función de valía del candidato. Entre 40K y 60K euros brutos año.
