On Trade Commercial Director

El Director Comercial On Trade tendrá total responsabilidad sobre el Sell In y el Sell Out de las ventas de On Trade de la compañía así como del equipo comercial.
Su principal función será planificar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales alineadas con la estrategia de la compañía a nível nacional e internacional y con el objetivo principal de apoyar y acelerar el crecimiento previsto de la organización.
Su papel será crucial para el éxito y crecimiento de la organización en España por lo que es importante que tenga una sólida experiência gestionando equipos de ventas en el canal Horeca, Distribuidores y clientes finales hostelería, idealmente en la categoría de bebidas.
Sus principales funciones serán:
- Participar, junto con la Dirección General, en la definición de la política comercial de la compañía.
- Participar en la definición de las políticas de precios y asegurar la adecuada implementación.
- Gestión y Control de la cuenta de resultados nacional y de las cuentas regionales, manteniendo los níveles de rentabilidad adecuados.
- Definición del presupuesto de venta anual, seguimiento y consecución de los targets.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de la política de ventas y estrategia comercial establecida.
- Definir, con la dirección general y el departamento de marketing, la estrategia promocional en el mercado, ejecutándola correctamente.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de portfolio en el mercado, según zona, tipología de local y de consumidor.
- Asegurar la correcta visibilidad de marca el punto venta.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio en el canal HORECA.
- Involucrarse de manera directa en Negociaciones con clientes claves para la compañía: distribuidores y clientes finales.
- Asegurarse siempre el correcto servicio a los clientes
- Aportar su visión en el desarrollo de nuevos productos y nuevas propuestas de mejora.
- Conseguir los Objetivos Cuantitativos y Cualitativos acordados con la Dirección.
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo comercial.
- Desarrollar las habilidades comerciales del equipo y asegurarse de crear planes de sucesión que favorezcan la salud de la estructura comercial.
Requisitos:
Mínimo 10 años de experiência en compañías de gran consumo, preferiblemente en entorno multinacional, preferiblemente con experiência en la categoría de bebidas (cervezas, vinos, espirituosos, etc).
Es importante que el profesional venga de compañías de marca e idealmente que hayan tenido que conseguir un rápido posicionamiento.
Con experiência de la hostelería de Madrid y zona centroSólida experiência liderando equipos de ventas de al menos 8-10 personas.
Clara orientación a la consecución de resultados, con experiência demostrable en conseguir los objetivos fijados.
Hands-On Manager, con pasión por estar con clientes, consumidores y el equipo comercial
Experiência en trabajar con otros departamentos de la compañia: marketing, recursos humanos, finanzas, logística, etc.
Licenciatura o formación superior. Deseable máster o estudios de postgrado.
Inglés alto.
Residencia en Madrid o zona centro
Sería interesante que el profesional tuviera experiência en departamentos de Trade y sensibilidad de marca Marketing.
