You will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, develop new business solutions and digital products:

Product Ownership:
Take ownership of the data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs and technical feasibility.

Develop user stories based on deep understanding of customer/user needs and run the whole process until value creationStakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirementsWork with internal/external teams to define, design and develop solutions that add value to customers and usersClose collaboration with global stakeholders from business to IT, from security to customers and users of the applicationsUser-Centric Design:Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that digital products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Success ensurance and data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital products and programs.

Feel and be responsible for value creationsEnsure all necessary steps from value creation are taken – from development to process changes, to training needs and culture development all the way to KPI/incentive adjustmentsMasters degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, data, engineering, etc.)Over 5 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar and working on data challengesReliable experience of working with agile methodologies in a global B2B setting and in collaboration with existing processesExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and complex concepts to both, technical and non-technical audiencesSolid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with digital product development, preferably in areas such as software, mobile apps, or web platformsDriven, pragmatic and hands on mentality, aiming to make the product a successCollaborative team player with a track record of making teams successful and putting joint goals ahead of personal goalsProficient English communication skills, both written and spokenSecure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation packageSocial benefits and an attractive work calendar.
