Mattel Iberia is currently seeking for a passionate intern for our office in Barcelona, who is eager to learn and develop himself or herself in a multinational and challenging environment.

What Your Impact Will Be:


You will support the Local Marketing Hot Wheels & Vehicles team on the development, implementation & analysis of the Marketing initiatives for Spain & Portugal.


Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support Brand Manager in Brand Planning and Execution.
  • Impact in brand strategy through the analysis of consumer trends, categories, competitor's performance.
  • Assist in key marketing activities by working with key internal and external partners (i.e. Disney, Nintendo, Universal).
  • Assist in briefing and executing top items media plan: TV, digital, influencers, PR.
  • Assist in product planning process (forecast).
  • Administrative support.
  • Assist with the Adult Fans project: adults targeted toy line.


In addition to your task with Hot Wheels & Vehicles team, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Media team.

Supporting with eRetailers assets needs and Newsletters coordination.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, in Marketing or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project).
  • Analysis skills: experience with tools like Nielsen or NPD will be valued.
  • Learning agility & creativity skills.
  • Organizational skills & attention to details.
  • Curiosity and eager to challenge the status quo.
  • Interest in automobile and vehicles industry is a plus.
  • Team player.
  • Multicultural mindset & respectful.
