Job description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Project Officer to join our team. You will actively join the Recruitment Operations Team in assessing and re-engineering the current recruitment process.

Together we will manage initiatives across departments to reach our strategic company goals, all of that innovating current practice blinking an eye to AI.


  • Project planning : develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team collaboration : Collaborate with cross functional teams, including recruitment team, data scientists, software engineers, HR specialists, and external partners, to ensure project success.
  • Data management : Establish performance monitoring mechanisms to track and enhance the effectiveness of projects through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Training and deployment : Coordinate the training and deployment of your projects, ensuring seamless integration into the recruitment workflow.
  • Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI and recruitment.
Profile Requirement

  • Currently doing a master's degree education: business or engineering school
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Goaloriented and resultdriven.
  • Love both strategic and operational work.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Strong interest on AI topics, proven experience in managing AI or technology projects, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Fluent in English. French would be a plus.
