Global IAM Specialist

You are a valuable member of the Sika Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, playing a crucial role in supporting Sika's global IAM solution. Your responsibilities revolve around managing IAM support and change requests, maintaining frequent communication with IAM stakeholders, and actively contributing to the rollout and advancement of Sika's IAM solutions in collaboration with other IT teams.

Your key tasks include:

  • Setting up and maintaining identities, accounts, rules, and policies
  • Handling support tickets and change requests for the IAM platform
  • Coordinating support solutions with the IAM vendor and global stakeholders
  • Managing bulk changes of identities and data
  • Monitoring the IAM infrastructure
  • Overseeing roles, security groups, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes
  • Conducting trainings and workshops on IAM services
  • Participating in IAM platform upgrades and maintenance activities
  • Contributing to requirements gathering, development planning, and architecture activities
  • Engaging in business continuity and performance testing

We are searching for an experienced IAM engineer with 5 years of relevant experience in IAM system administration of complex multinational ICT services, located in Madrid. Certifications in infrastructure or security are a plus.

Required Experience:

  • IAM processes and identity lifecycle management
  • Working with IAM products, tools, and Directory Services like Active Directory (AD) and LDAP
  • Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and familiarity with SuccessFactors or other HR systems
  • Experience with complex central IT systems and various integrations
  • Programming and scripting skills, including PowerShell, are advantageous

  • Ability to work independently and identify areas for improvement
  • Executing changes accurately and reliably
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a bonus
